Anti-Spam Policy

Listen Labs prohibits the use of unsolicited bulk or commercial email to promote listenlabs.ai or any Listen Labs product or service. This policy applies to all employees, contractors, agencies, affiliates, and any third party acting on our behalf.

All outbound email sent by or for Listen Labs must comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL, including accurate sender identification, a working unsubscribe mechanism honored within 10 business days, and a valid physical mailing address. Recipient lists must be verified before use and sourced from opt-in consent, existing business relationships, or documented legitimate interest. Purchased, scraped, or unverified lists are not permitted.

Violations result in immediate suspension of sending privileges for the individual or party involved. To report unsolicited email referencing Listen Labs, contact abuse@listenlabs.ai.
