Hi, Bain London!

Thanks for Listening

Today's Slides

Listen runs your qual interviews, at scale, in days. Listen's AI moderator runs every conversation by video or voice, follows your guide, and digs where a good moderator would, with hundreds of people at the same time. What comes back is transcripts, clips, coded themes and quotes, usually a day or two after launch, and every citation clicks through to the moment in the video it came from.

PEG teams use it when the deal clock is the constraint: hundreds of buyer interviews conducted, coded and in the deck within two weeks.

GP teams use it when the question is wide: brand, journeys, pricing and concepts, across markets and in 100+ languages.

Screener results, unique interview links, quality scoring and fraud checks sit behind every interview, and you can watch the video yourself.

Can I use my own list?

Yes: your expert network, the client's customers, or our panel.

Can I edit mid-field?

Yes, without relaunching or re-recruiting.

What does it cost?

Per study, and it depends on audience and sample. Email bain@listenlabs.ai for the current Bain rates before you scope.
